And because we know the damages that may occur when exposed to X-rays in large and frequent quantities, our diagnostic radiology devices contain programs to calculate the lowest radiation dose possible to reach an accurate diagnosis, as well as protect the patient from excessive doses that may lead to those harms.
In order to reduce the waiting period and to ensure complete confidentiality of medical information about patients, the center is fully computerized with the latest radiology centers software. A special file is made for each patient with his medical information, as well as his previous examinations at the center so that we can reach an accurate diagnosis which is our goal and the goal of the treating physician.
And because we know the needs of the Egyptian street, we are proud of the presence of a group of female physicians specialized in diagnostic radiology, holding master and PhD degree who are Professors in the Faculty of Medicine at Ain Shams University Hospitals.

Where do you book? Where is the examination performed?

The examination is conducted at the CT scan unit in Ibn Al-Hakam branch or in the MRI unit in Saleim El Awal branch. Reservations are made at the front desk from the following addresses from Cairo or outside Cairo through the doctors. Urgent cases: Head injuries - bleeding Coma - CVA - Trauma .. etc. are accepted without prior reservation.

Recommended arrival times:

If you want to postpone the appointment or apologize, please contact the center at least three hours before the scheduled time for the examination, otherwise, the administration will unfortunately have to deduct a percentage from the advance payment to cover the expenses of medical supplies that were prepared and not used at least 20 minutes prior to the examination.
Punctuality plays a big role in workplace productivity, and in order to avoid examining a patient registered in the waiting list from a patient who is behind in his appointment.

When do you receive films and reports?

On the same day of the examination or the next day (except urgent cases, accidents and patients coming from outside Cairo) reports will be received within two hours of the examination time.
